At Bigfoot Guitars, we aim to process and deliver your order quickly and carefully. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

Order Processing. We process all orders within 2 business days. During peak times, this might take a bit longer—thanks for your patience!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times. We ship with Shiprocket/ Delhivery tech support. Expect delivery within 7-8 business days, after your order is confirmed, though it can vary depending on location and external factors.

Shipping Costs. Shipping estimates are calculated during checkout. Shipping fees may vary during sales or promotions.

 

Track Your Order. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

International Shipping. We ship internationally but delivery times may range between 2-4 weeks. Keep in mind, any customs fees or taxes are your responsibility.

 

Delivery Address. Please ensure your delivery info is correct. We can’t be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries if the address is wrong.

 

Shipment Delays. Weather, customs, or traffic can sometimes cause delays. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated and sort it out as quickly as we can.
